A Solo Exhibition by Gregory Ladner

Whole Gallery

September 23 – October 10

Opening Reception: September 26, 2 – 4pm

We are delighted to present Gregory Ladners’ second exhibition with us at West End Art Space, following a highly successful debut exhibition with us at the end of 2025. His first presentation was met with strong engagement from audiences and collectors, establishing a compelling foundation for his ongoing relationship with the gallery. This return exhibition builds on that momentum, further demonstrating Ladners’ evolving practice and we are excited to continue supporting his artistic journey and to welcome audiences back to experience this next chapter of his practice at our gallery

Garden of Eden marks a significant new chapter in Gregory Ladner’s abstract practice, presenting a vibrant body of work that expands his exploration of colour, gesture and movement. Through layered mark-making and luminous palettes, Ladner creates immersive compositions that invite viewers into richly textured worlds of rhythm, energy and discovery. Rather than depicting nature, the exhibition draws upon the idea of Eden as a place of creation, abundance and endless possibility. Intricate networks of line weave across dynamic fields of colour, balancing spontaneity with careful composition and revealing new relationships with every viewing. This latest series demonstrates an increasing confidence in scale, materiality and visual complexity, while remaining deeply intuitive in its execution. Garden of Eden celebrates painting as an evolving process; one where every gesture contributes to a living, ever-changing landscape of abstraction, encouraging contemplation, curiosity and imagination.
