I began playing with sculpture and painting and have always been a little obsessed with the absurd. I collect human hair and old blow flies.
In 1996 after completing a Master of Fine Art at RMIT University, I began using photography and mixed media. To this day, my work continues to explore notions of loss and desire.
My other passion is teaching. I have lectured at Swinburne University, the ACU Melbourne and have been lecturing at Photography Studies College Melbourne since 1990. I teach visual and conceptual development and I am currently the first year coordinator, Bachelor of Photography course.
